This is to inform you that GB Global Limited in its Board meeting held on Friday , 28th February , 2025 has fixed the dates for Book Closure for the purpose of 02nd Extra- Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company for the FY 2024-2025 in compliance with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013.
