This is in reference to your e-mail dated 3rd March, 2025 seeking additional details for Corporate Announcement dated 4th September, 2024 filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nWe would like to inform your good office that Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd. (\the Company\) has received letter of resignation from Mr. Sitaram A Salian dated 1st July 2024, effective from Friday, 30th August 2024 and made the disclosures on 4th September, 2024 in accordance with the provisions of the Listing Regulations, 2015. Further, resignation letter is attached herewith for your kind consideration. We sincerely regret the delay in submitting the information related to the resignation of Senior Management Personnel which was inadvertently delayed due to the ongoing rights issue workload.\r\n
