SITI Networks - NSE Warning Letter No. NSE/LIST/COMP/SITINET/01/2024-2025 Dated March 5, 2025

This is with reference to warning letter no. NSE/LIST/COMP/SITINET/02/2024-25 dated March 5, 2025 issued by NSE for quoting the PAN of related parties w.r.t. the Related Party Transactions for the half year ended September 30, 2024 submitted by the Company with Stock Exchanges on February 17, 2025. As per the directions, we are submitting herewith copy of said letter.
