Jash Engineering Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, through circular resolution on March 04, 2025, has declared interim dividend of Rs. 0.80/- (Eighty Paisa only) per Equity Share of the Company having face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paidup, for the financial year 2024-25.
