Timex Group India - Announcement Under Regulation 30 (LODR)

We wish to inform you that the Assessment Unit of the Income Tax Department has closed the case after the Company provided the required information under Section 133(6) of the Income Tax Act 1961, in response to the notice dated February 11, 2025. The details of Notice is in the attached Annexure A.
