In continuation of the Company's disclosure dated 29-Nov-2024, this is to inform you that the Company has acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of Sudarshan Pharma Industries Private Limited, Singapore (Unique Entity Number 202327475M). \r\n\r\nConsequent to the aforesaid acquisition, Sudarshan Pharma Industries Private Limited has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
