Madhav Infra Project - Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listings Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulation

Pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby announce that the company has received a certificate from the Chief Electrical Commissioner for the successful partial commissioning of a 12.5 MW (out of the total capacity of 35 MWp) Solar Power Project in Gujarat for Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL).
