Please note that Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited had been admitted to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process on 22nd October, 2018 by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench and Annual General Meeting had not been held for the F.Y. 2018-19.
