Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR), 2015 this is to inform you that meeting of Right Issue Oversight Committee of Board of Directors of the Company held on 21st February, 2025 has inter alia decided to send the second reminder letter for payment of first and final call money of Rs. 3.50/- on 65,671 partly paid up equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2,29,849/-
