Rajasthan Gases - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), read with Para A of Part A to Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Ms. Kumari Maitrayee (Membership No. A59800), Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has tendered her request for resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company on 20th February, 2025 which shall be effective from 28th February,2025. \r\nThe details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached herewith as Annexure-l. \r\n
