PAE - Intimation Under Regulation 29 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable Regulations, if any, that 6th meeting of the Monitoring Committee of PAE Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 25th February, 2025 to consider and approve Quarterly & year-to-date Audited Financial Results of the Company as on 31st March 2024 along with Auditor's Report thereon.
