Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary by the name \Centuryply Furniture Fittings Limited\ at Kolkata on 18th February, 2025 for the purpose of manufacturing of fittings and fixtures for furniture.
