CIL Securities L - Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, as amended from time to time we wish to inform Ms. Nalubandu Vaishnavi (ACS-75847) has been appointed as company secretary/ compliance officer and whole-time key managerial personnel of CIL Securities Limited with effect from 20th February, 2025.
