Uravi Defence - Acquisition

Uravi defence and Technology Limited informs regarding the further acquisition of shares of SKL (India) Private Limited (""SKL"") by Uravi Defence and Technology Limited (""the Company""/ Uravi ). The Company has acquired an additional 580 equity shares for a consideration amount of INR57,91,881/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Seven Lakh Ninety One Thousand Eight Hundred and EightyOne) on February 14, 2025.Owing to the aforementioned, Uravi now holds 50.01% of the total paid up equity sharecapital of SKL and SKL shall now be considered as subsidiary of Uravi Defence andTechnology Limited.
