NTC Industries - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

The Company has entered into a share swap agreement with Solitude Flame Private Limited where 51% of the shareholding will be acquired by the Company by way of Preferential Issue. \r\n\r\nFurther, the Company has also entered into a Share Subscription Agreement with Dunkelbraun Private Limited on 15.02.2025. \r\nDetails enclosed.
