To sign an agreement with Urijah Limited, an Alternative investment management company, regulated by Financial Service Commission, Mauritius for assisting the companies in overseas acquis ion of running company / project of upto US$ 50 Millions. Further, the Board authorised the Managing Director to sign an agreement with Urijah Limited.\r\n\r\n4. Deferment of following items to the next meeting:\r\n\r\na. Employee Stock Option Scheme\r\nb. Acquisition of Companies engaged in Trading of IT products and/or Digital Transformation sector.\r\nc. acquisition of balance shares in Straton Business Solution Private Limited.\r\n\r\n
