As of March 2025, 45.04% is owned by Indian Promoters and 54.96% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Andhra Petro company are The Andhra Sugars Limited (280.87 lakhs shares / 33.05%), Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (91.80 lakhs shares / 10.80%) and Jocil Limited (10.08 lakhs shares / 1.19%).
