Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. February 13, 2025, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Abdul Kalam (DIN: 01869712), from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director, w.e.f close of business hours on February 13, 2025. Mr. Abdul Kalam served his resignation due to personal reasons, including health concerns and other preoccupations.
