The Board of Directors today approved and took on record the \r\n1. Un-Audited Financial Result for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December, 2024\r\n2. Approval of policies viz. RPT policy, Policy of determination of material events/information, Code of Conduct of PIT policy and Code of Conduct for fair disclosure of UPSI.
