The standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report on Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company.\r\n2. The Board Members have discussed on the matter of Appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2024-25 and board is of the opinion that said matter shall again be tabled in the upcoming board meeting to conclude on the same.\r\n3. The Board Members have discussed on the matter of Appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2024-25 and board is of the opinion that said matter shall again be tabled in the upcoming board meeting to conclude on the same.
