As of February 2025, 45.00% is owned by Indian Promoters and 55.00% by Public.

Institutional holds 40.35% (Insurance Companies 13.08%) and Non-Institutional holds 9.64% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Indraprastha Gas company are Gail (India) Ltd (3150.00 lakhs shares / 22.50%) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (3150.01 lakhs shares / 22.50%).
