BROOKS LABORATORIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
