The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10.02.2025 has inter alia approved the amended Fair Disclosure Code and Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons in line with the amended SEBI Regulations.
