Narendra Propert - Board Meeting Outcome for SEBI (LODR) Regulations 33 - Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results For The Qua

The Board of Directors record the following:\r\n1. The Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2024 was considered and approved. An authenticated copy of the result is enclosed.\r\n2. The Limited Audit Review report dated 10.02.2025 issued by the Statutory Auditors M/s SANJIV SHAH & ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, on the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2024 reviewed by them is also enclosed.\r\n3. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Nishank Sakariya, Director, as a Consultant to the Company with effect from 01.04.2025 for a period up to 31.12.2026 subject to approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot and Electronic Voting for the approval of the said Related Party Transaction.
