The Board of Directors of Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited in their meeting held on February 08, 2025 has approved:-\r\n1. the re-appointment of Mr. Bhupinder Kumar Sekhri, Managing Director of the company, subject to approval of shareholders\r\n2. to designate senior management personnels in terms of applicale provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended
