Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. 07-02-2025 has approved the appointment of M/s. AVS & Associates , Company Secretaries as the secretarial auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2024-25.
