Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that Ms. Aarti Pandey, Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer (KMP) and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer of the Company vide her letter dated 06th February, 2025 and will be relieved from the service of the company with effect from close of working hours on 06th February, 2025.
