Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( ListingRegulations ) this is to inform that the Company has received an order dated 4thFebruary, 2025 from Assistant Commissioner Central Goods, Service Tax &Division-1, Noida ( GST Authority ).The details of the above Order as required under Regulation 30 of ListingRegulations are given in attached letter.
