DUKE OFFSHORE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter Ended on 31st December, 2024, as per IND-AS pursuant to regulation 33of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure\r\nRequirements) Regulation, 2015.\r\n\r\n2. Any other business with the permission of the chair.
