The Company has received the listing permission letter from BSE dated 03.02.2025 for 20,21,429 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each issued at premium of Rs.60/- each bearing distinctive numbers 2,71,00,000 to 2,91,21,429 issued to non-promoter on preferential basis to Elysian wealth Fund.
