Shyama Computronics And Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting, With reference to the letter dated on 31st January, 2025, that the meeting of the Board of Directors of\r\nthe Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 10th February, 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024. There was a clerical error while filing the intimation.
