The Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on today considered, approved, and taken on record the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on December 31,\r\n2024, along with Limited Review Report and approved the appointment of Mr. Nikhil Kaushik (DIN: 00040403) as an Independent Director of the company (Additional Director) for a term of five consecutive years with effect from February 03, 2025.
