Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we hereby sent herewith a Postal Ballot Notice for seeking the approval of the Shareholders for introduction and implementation of \Employee Stock Option Scheme-2025.\\r\nThe Notice is being sent to all the members whose names shown on the Register of Members as on 31st January 2025.
