The board of Director of the company has, as its meeting held on Monday, 3rd February, 2025, inter-alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2024, along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory auditors. We are enclosing herewith un-audited financial results along with limited review report.
