Z.F.STEERING GEAR (INDIA) LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company, under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, for the Quarter/ Nine-Months ended on December 31, 2024.
