HIL - Outcome of Board Meeting

BirlaNu Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on March 25, 2025 has, inter alia, approved the issuance of a Corporate Guarantee in favor of Axis Bank Limited to ensure compliance with the loan covenants of the existing borrowings and working capital facilities availed by Crestia Polytech Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and Prabhu Sainath Polymers Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
