Pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 1, 2025, Mrs. Kondareddigari Aparna Devi (DIN:02552257) was appointed as Additional Director categorised as Independent for a term of 5 consecutive years with effect from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2030 subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
