Satchmo Holdings - Intimation Of AOP Agreement

The Company upon the approval of the Board of Directors has executed an agreement on January 31, 2025 with the third party for transferring its minority interest of 18% of its rights and liabilities in Association of Person - Whitefield Housing Enterprise (AOP). Details attached in the Annexure.
