In compliance of Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we are pleased to enclose the Unaudited Financial Results (provisional) (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2024 which have been duly approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 31st January 2025. A copy of Limited Review Report on the said results issued by the Auditors of the company is enclosed herewith. The Board meeting commenced at 2:00 p.m. and concluded at 2:30 p.m.
