BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2024 and shifting of the registered office of the company from 112 Raja Rammohan Roy Sarani, Kolkata 700009 to 13B Bidhan Sarani, 4th Floor, Kolkata 700006, within the local limits of the city where it is presently located.
