The Board of Directors in it's meeting held on 30.01.2025 has approved Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2024 and took on record 'Limited Review Report' thereon issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
