In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved grant of 10235 stock options under the Shriram Asset Management Company Limited Employees Stock Option Plan, 2022.
