Adtech Systems - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

MOU entered into by the Company with M/s Sys-pro Gmbh, Germany on 29th January 2025 for joint development along with collaboration in marketing and sales for Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Products in India, UAE and such other countries as may be mutually agreed upon .
