CDG Petchem - Partial Waiver Of SOP Fine Levied And Payment Thereof.

This is to inform you that BSE Ltd. vide their e-mail dated 27th January, 2025 waived partial penalty levied under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and ordered to pay Rs.593,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Ninety Three Thousand only) plus GST. The same has been paid on 28.01.2025. Kindly take the above on record.
