Megri Soft - Board Meeting Intimation for Approval Of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone And Consolidated) Of The Compan

Megri Soft Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024.\r\n\r\nFurther, the company had already intimated to the exchange on December 30, 2024, that the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed from Wednesday the 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) by the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024.
