Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, we inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. 22nd January 2025, inter-alia, considered and has approved the commencement of water trials aimed at enhancing the production capacity at its new fertilizers unit located in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.
