Mega Flex Plastics Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on January 21, 2025 for the (i) Alteration of the Object Clause of the Company in the Memorandum of Association; (ii) Re-Appointment of Mr. Hukum Chand Bothra as a Managing Director of the Company; and (iii) Postal Ballot notice for seeking approval of the members of the Company.
