As of December 2024, 59.17% is owned by Indian Promoters and 40.82% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Mercury Ev-Tech company are Shree Saibaba Exim Private Limited (429.92 lakhs shares / 22.63%), Raghuvir International Private Limited (417.06 lakhs shares / 21.95%) and Artiben Jayeshbhai Thakkar (277.24 lakhs shares / 14.59%).
