As of December 2024, 69.29% is owned by Promoters and 30.71% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 56.14% and Foreign Promoters holds 13.15%.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Ventura Guaranty company are Sajid Malik (6.68 lakhs shares / 20.89%), Late Saroja Malik (5.20 lakhs shares / 16.28%), Hemant Majethia (4.14 lakhs shares / 12.95%), Jaidev Rajnikant Shroff (2.85 lakhs shares / 8.92%) and Vikram Rajnikant Shroff (1.35 lakhs shares / 4.23%).
