Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of GSB Finance Lt company are Ramakant Sagarmal Biyani (14.75 lakhs shares / 24.59%), Neelam Ramakant Biyani (12.69 lakhs shares / 21.16%), Gsb Securities Private Limited (5.70 lakhs shares / 9.50%) and Raddhika Prashant Maheshwari (4900 shares / 0.08%).

Out of 33.20 lakhs shares, Promoters of GSB Finance Lt Company has over 8.71 lakhs (26.24%) shares on pledge as of December 31, 2024.
